You'll need:

200 grams of Tricolore Fusilli (spiral curled noodles)
1 cup of sweet corn (comes in a can here in this country)
1 green pepper
2 or 3 tomatoes
1 avocado
1 banana
150 grams of chicken breasts
150 grams of slices of garlic sausage, preferably Salami, or Chorizo

3 tbl spoons of vegetable or olive oil
4 tbl spoons of plane white vinegar
some fresh garlic, or 1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon of thyme
2 tbl spoons of chopped parsley
salt / pepper

Put the chicken breast in a pan, under water and boil them for about 10 minutes. Also, fill a bigger pan with water and bring it to boiling. Meanwhile, cut Salami slices in small cubic parts like on the image above. Open up the can of corn, and let it drain.

Cut tomatoes, green pepper and avocado to little cubes / pieces and put them in the final bowl. Add drained corn and Salami. Stir.

When the chicken is done, cool it under cold water, cut it up as well and add it to the tomato/corn mixture.

Cook the noodles conform the description and cool as well. Don't cook them too long, they will become too sticky! When cold, mix with the rest and put away in fridge.

Shortly before serving, make the dressing by mixing oil and vinegar. Add spices and herbs, and use salt and pepper to finish it of. Spoon the dressing over the salad and mix. Last, cut the banana in thin slices and mix. Serve.

As the main dish, it will serve 3 to 4 people, as a side dish you'll have enough for more, I think.
